First, I think the tiny hawk II freestyle is a great drone, not to start with though it is really touchy with the e6 controller. Another thing is that my camera occasionally gets a little warm, I don't know if anybody else's does its or did I get a faulty one? A couple more things is that if you get a BNF I think you have to get betaflight. Lastly, for the cons, I don't really like how the board on the drone is connected, I found myself losing those two screws and the peg falling out. Now time for the cons, first off inside I'm close to breaking 10 min flight time depending on how you fly the drone, if you're in like horizon mode I don't know how much time you'd get. If you're flying inside and the drone hits you it's going to hurt, maybe add like prop guards to the package just if people are new and don't want to go outside in the snow. Some more pros are that the drone is incredibly smooth to fly. Another one is that the rtf kit is not too pricey, but I'm not that big of a fan of the controller but it'll get you started. One last thing is that it's nice of Emax to include the charger built in with data transfer in the rtf kit so you can use it with beta flight pretty much right out of the box.

So this is coming from a very active fixed wing RC pilot. I'm pretty new to the fpv drone market but not new enough that I couldn't go straight to acro mode. The drone has great power and great flight characteristics. Durability leaves me wishing for better, I've broken 2 frames in less than a month. I recently bought an aftermarket frame and its doing well. The other issue is that the main board for the drone is held by 4 screws with rubber grommets on them. These screws break on mild impacts (in my opinion) and when you purchase a hardware set from emax you only get enough for one full replacement of the screws. If it wasn't for this issue I would be very happy with the drone, until I can find a fix for this issue it won't be flown very often for fear of breaking it.

The drone itself works pretty well. It's fast and the camera is also good. We live in an area with dry bushes, so we also bought online some air cleaner for keyboards to keep the motors free of dust and sand, It comes with a set of replacement propellers and nuts, and that's much appreciated. Most parts are metal and the drone is thus more robust than others. The connector with the batteries is a bit tight and the first times insert and remove batteries carefully. Maybe not insert them fully. Batteries (EMAX or any other brand) last for 4-5 min flights, so buy some more to have some more fun. We had an issue with one of the two batteries. It did not charge. We contacted EMAX support by opening a ticket and we got a new battery shipped at no cost. I think it is important to count with such a good customer service since these gadgets are not cheap. The only reason I do not give it a 5 star is because I prefer to have some more protection covering the drone. For kids, it is a bit pricy, but if that is what it costs, it's not a criticism.

This is one truly awesome drone, I am by no means an expert but I've been flying for two months now my drone has taken a beating, it still flies like a champ. I have had to replace the bottom plate because I broke arm but it was cheap enough and it should be on its way hopefully get it by Monday. Even with the arm broke I kind of glued it back temporarily and still flies great. Connect to betaflight and take full control of your drone well worth the price recommend everybody. Great job Emax!

The Tinyhawk II Freestyle and Tinyhawk II are awesome drone!! I've been flying these back to back for the last two months. To that extent, I need to says these two drones has taken a beating. I flown these averaging 7-8 flights (650 gnb 1S lipos) every weeks days and probably more on weekends. :)
Interestingly, The drones VTX did failed. First, one the Tinyhawk II. Then, one evening trying to takeoff in my backyard the Freestyle II slammed mildly on the pavement and the VTX quit on that one too. Same exact behavior. Headed to my local RC shop for service or truly with the idea of purchasing another drone. The guys there advised me to contact support online. I followed their advise, and boy I am glad I did!
I opened a ticket online and submitted proof of purchase, picture and video of issues. That same day, I received an RMA# to ship them out. Long story short, each drone were replaced by Emax and expedited back to me! I truly was impressed with the high level of communication and rapid turnaround from Emax and their products.
