Orders, Payment, Taxes, and Shipping
Orders are still shipping every business day. However, the ongoing pandemic and shelter in place orders are causing shipping delays.

EMAX USA will make every attempt to ship all products in an order. Unless otherwise stated on the product page (e.g. Pre-Order), products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be removed from the order. These removed products will not be back-ordered. Customer will only be charged for the remaining products which are shipped, plus any applicable shipping charges and taxes. When products marked as Pre-Order, the entire order will be held until all products in the order are in stock.
EMAX USA reserves the right to cancel any order suspected to be fraudulent and block any suspicious or abusive accounts.
All payments are processed through PayPal, Credit, or Debit Card. There is no surcharge for paying by credit card through PayPal. To avoid any processing delays, please provide the correct and complete billing address and telephone number which the credit card issuer has on file. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Please feel free contact EMAX USA to resolve any payment disputes.
EMAX USA will charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of California. For orders shipped to other states, the customer is solely responsible for all sales, use, or other applicable taxes.
For countries outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for any and all customs fees and taxes, which are not included and cannot be estimated by EMAX USA.
EMAX USA only ships within North America. Generally, orders are shipped on the same or next business day (excludes weekends/holidays). EMAX USA cannot guarantee when an order will be delivered. Consider any shipping or transit time provided by EMAX USA or its shipping partners to only be an estimate. A signature may be required for delivery of higher value shipments. EMAX USA is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.
