Emax RS2205 Race Spec Motors
Introducing the Emax Race Spec family of high performance brushless motors for multirotor FPV racing. Redesigned and engineered to perform better than most in it’s class, every motor is precision crafted within tight tolerances. Paired with performance driven props from any leading manufacturer will result in unreal thrust.
The unique fins machined into the bell draw up cool air from the motor base and through the coils as the motor spools up. The faster it spins, the more air it ventilates. Cooling fins significantly reduce heat soak by at least 30%. This “cool” feature allows the RS2205 to not only have a longer lasting motor, but also harness the power of N52 magnets.
Uses the highest grade magnets. Better acceleration, stopping power, and sustained RPMs during high kv.
Genuine Japanese NMB Bearings provide long lasting, smooth performance.
Produces over +1,000g of thrust using 4S and GF5045BN.
1K+ Thrust with 4s battery and recommend propeller combo
Cooling Series Bell Design reduces motor temperature by at least 30%
Highest Grade N52 Neodymium magnets

These are great motors! They were on my first qav-x that I learned to fly on and still fly, also run them on my Chameleon for a great durable combination. I have bashed these motors and they still keep spinning. I've tried higher end motors but still come back to my 2205 2300's!!!

I started in january of this year. I started with the 2205 motors. I have had the same set of motors on 5 different frames. These suckers out last the frames!! At least they did for me.

These Emax 2205 race spec motors are powerful and smooth they are perfect for any 220 or 5 inch drone build tested multiple different props it seems like they work the best with 5 by 4.5 3 blades. I bought dozens of these motors without one failure very happy and they're priced correctly good motor that won't break the budget.

Though these aren't the newest, most powerful, or lightest motors on the market; in my opinion they are still top tier. They are cheap. Half of the price of many premium motors and can easily keep up with them in a race. They rarely get hot. They are VERY durable. They are the best go to motor. If you want the best bang for your buck, look no further.
